All our items are non-refundable with exception to faulty items.
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind - be that incorrect sizing or an item you no longer would like.
If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a credit, a refund will only be offered if we are unable to correct the issue at hand. If an item is not available to be remade (i.e. a limited fabric or style), a credit or refund will be offered.
Items that are deemed faulty need to follow the below guidelines to qualify for this replacement/credit/refund:
- Must be in same condition as sent
- Must be notified within a 14 day window after receiving
It will be at our discretion to refund based on how the item was cared for/ how the fault has occurred.
Any items that do not follow these guidelines, will not qualify for a return.
